1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website operated by Jesus is Alive Community — Cagayan de Oro("we", "us", or "the church"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes such as learning about the church, registering for events, submitting prayer requests, and giving online. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access data you are not authorized to access.
3. Account registration
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Donations
Online donations are processed through third-party providers (e.g. GCash, banks). The church does not store sensitive payment details. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of clerical error.

When you submit prayer requests, comments, or other content, you grant the church a non-exclusive license to use that content for ministry purposes (e.g. praying with you, following up). You retain ownership. Confidential prayer requests will be handled accordingly.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, sermons, logos) is owned by or licensed to the church. You may not reproduce or redistribute content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pastoral counsel offered through the site is for spiritual support and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
